# Price Policy Guarantee
## QuietKat 14-Day Price Policy Guarantee for Electric Bike Purchases
At QuietKat, we value your trust and commitment to our products. With that in mind, we are pleased to provide a 14-Day Price Policy Guarantee for all direct electric bike purchases.
Guarantee Terms:
1. **Eligibility:** The Price Guarantee applies exclusively to electric bikes purchased directly from QuietKat.com.
2. **Claim Window:** If within 14 days of your purchase, QuietKat.com reduces the price of the electric bike you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund of the price difference.
3. **Refund Process:** To claim your refund, please contact our customer service team within
5 days of the price reduction. Provide your order number, purchase date, and evidence
of the lower price currently advertied on QuietKat.com.
4. **Refund Method:** Once your claim is verified, the price difference will be refunded to
your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. **Exclusions:**
1. Purchases made using bundled product deals are excluded from this guarantee.
2. E-Bikes purchased from third-party retailers or any other platforms apart from QuietKat.com are not covered by this policy.
3. The Price Guarantee is not applicable if the price drop is due to an error on our website or any other promotional events which are not generally available to the public.
6. **Changes to the Policy:** QuietKat reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and all purchases made before changes will be honored under the policy terms in place at the time of purchase.
