If for any reason you decide it’s not for you, or that you would rather go with a different QuietKat model, simply contact us to return your bike within 15 days of its delivery date.
*Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping cost and it is required that you keep your box with all packaging materials, all tags, manuals, and included items free of damage.
HOW DOES THE TRIAL ACTUALLY WORK?
If the QuietKat e-bike you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for a return. QuietKat will only authorize the return if you are within 15 days of delivery and if the e-bike has less than 10 miles on its digital odometer, is still in “new” condition, and is packaged in its original materials and box with all components included.
WHAT’S NEW CONDITION?
In order to be considered in “new condition,” the e-bike must be completely free from damage, dirt, dust, scratches, etc., and have less than 10 miles on the odometer.
WILL I GET A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT?
Excluding labor charges associated with an initial bike build or component installation, if your bike is returned in new condition, with 10 miles or less, with no issues, you will receive a 100% refund minus cost of return shipping and any promotional accessories MAP value included with the order.
If there is any damage or other issues, the repair costs will be deducted from your refund. In the case of significant damage, wear and/or if the bike is returned with more than 10 miles, QuietKat may reject your return, in which case the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment back if they wish to recover the product.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds will be only be completed after the bike is received and inspected by the QuietKat customer service team. The inspection process will typically take up to two weeks after the bike is received at our warehouse in Eagle, Colorado. Once the inspection is completed and approved, refunds will typically be processed in about 5-7 business days but may take up to 30 days in certain circumstances.
I THREW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKAGING, HOW DO I RETURN IT?
If you would like to return your bike within the terms associated with the 15-day trial period, you are required to keep all packaging materials. This includes all original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included items free of damage. If you don’t happen to have your original packaging and contents, please reach out to the customer service team to have a new box shipped to you at your cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
CAN I BUY 7 BIKES, THEN RETURN WHAT I DON’T WANT?
No, each customer is only eligible for one return within one calendar year.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage or missing items. If your e-bike was damaged during shipping, please document the damage by taking pictures of the bike and the box, then reach out to our customer service team and they will work with you to find the best solution. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to QuietKat, Inc. at 970-659-6712 or CONTACT QUIETKAT SUPPORT.
MY BIKE WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED – WHEN DOES MY TRIAL PERIOD END?
While this is extremely rare, we are sorry to hear your QuietKat e-bike is not functioning properly! Your trial period will begin once replacement parts or a new bike has been received and the bike is up and running.
All local pick-ups must be inspected by the customer for visual damages before leaving the store. The 15-day trial is not applicable unless the product is shipped to the end user from QuietKat.
I PURCHASED AN E-BIKE, RETURNED IT, THEN CHANGED MY MIND AND RE-PURCHASED. DO I QUALIFY?
No, you are not eligible to return a bike that you have previously returned.
I PURCHASED THE E-BIKE FROM A DEALER OR THIRD PARTY, DO I QUALIFY FOR THIS?
No, only customers who purchase their QuietKat e-bike directly from www.QuietKat.com are eligible for the Risk-Free Trial Policy.
